Welcome back my loves! I hope your weekend and week of midterms and stress wasn't so bad?! Lol anyways, I had an awesome week! So much fun activities and support coming from students, faculty/staff and our community. So on Monday, we continued with the penny wars from last week, we had about four welcome desk shifts and a prospective tour followed by a intramural soccer game! The team at UCBA is growing and so many students love the interacting and getting in that field and playing a few rounds of games! On Tuesday, I had the privilege to speak with the Dean Lighter and students at UCBA about a few topics that we hope to address and build off of that as a community. Love the dean with all my heart and love for UCBA. Wednesday we had many student tours and welcome desk shifts. I had to take my math exam that is worth 150 points and man I was so stressed out because I hate math! I got roughly around a 87% on it so I will take it! Thursday we had a busy but very fun day! We had more student tours, Jazz did her Candy Land event at the quad. Jazz did such an amazing job with the event, she had her mama helping, ambassadors and most importantly the outcome was great and had students playing with hulu hoops, dancing and eating! It was a great day! Later on that day we had two different history events that took place at the same time but different topics. I love history so being able to sit in and listen to the love and mystery of history it is my favorite thing to do. Friday was an easy and relaxing day. Take care my loves and I love you!
