Welcome back my loves! I hope your first week of classes/school wasn't so bad compared to high school. Second week and I am already so pumped an excited for the events and homework I shall be starting this week. Coming back from a three-day weekend was nice and relaxing. On Tuesday, Kifaya and I worked the Fall Resource Fair that had the awesome free resources that we provide for all of our students. We had so much fun talking to the students and having them sign up for clubs, events and letting us know how they like their classes and professors. On Wednesday, I had the welcome desk shift and while at the desk I reunited with a student I had during orientation this summer. She is so sweet and caring I was so happy when she was telling me her concerns and excitement! On Thursday, Stella and I worked the Recruitment Days that allowed students to explore the different types of jobs they could potential sign up for and schedule an interview. Many students had questions and concerns and all of the representatives had them all answered for our students. Overall, I had a great second week and I can't wait to see what week three has in store for me! Take care my loves & I love you all!
